How it Works
A full length session begins with you informing your animal that I will be contacting him/her. This respects and informs them, and can provide ground work for a respectful exchange. An animal that is not given notice may be reluctant to share.
I will get to know them a little and then ask questions you have for them. I take extensive notes, then call you to discuss the session. This is not timed; I give each animal the time she/he needs. Conversation with you is not timed either. The flat rate for this is sliding, $55-$85 payable to me via personal check. Session begins after payment is received.
Please note that consultations with animals that have passed are often very helpful and can be just as informative as with the living.
Please send the animal’s photo in the body of email (not via text). Face must be clearly visible, eyes open, no one else in the frame. Include animal’s name, age, gender, how long they have been with you and, if known, where they came from. List questions you have for them, include your full name, and best number where you can be reached. I will call you once the session is complete to arrange a consult time.
Susan Bartfay has taken instruction from Brenda Cunliffe, Dawn Allen, Penelope Smith, Carol Gurney, Anna Twinney and Amelia Kinkade. She is also a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and provides Reiki for all companion animals and horses. She specializes in emotional, behavioral, and relationship issues. She is availalble for consults, talks, classes, and presentations.
Susan is also a Certified Equine Massage Therapist (CEMT), providing gentle hands-on body balancing.
